Peking, July 19, 1911. and Turkish opium as uncertificated opium, and to prohibit its entry into any port in China from 1st January, 1912.

Peking, July 19, 1911.
It will be a considerable time before complete returns can be received, as work of distinguishing certificated from uncertificated opium is attended with much difficulty, and proceeding very slowly. So far as can be ascertained at present, 13,000 chests may be regarded as approximate amount by which certificated exports will have to be reduced during next three years.
